"This research, brought me to discover a multitude of fascinating food combinations from all around the world. I used the egg as a reference to conduct a colour research and observation in which eggshells are presented as a colour range, strangely reminding skin tones. Each double page corresponds to a different country, the colour on the left is one of the eggshell I collected, the colour on the right matches a second ingredient from the recipe."
