Solar print

Natural dye from food waste
Nice, August 2021

The fabrics, once dyed, has to dry in the shade for the colour to be fixed. The use of the sun rays to create patterns, reverse the process. Those fabrics, have faded over the days, in being exposed to sun rays. This series enhance, in a poetic way, the playful use of solar energy. It is part of a patient approach that respects the rhythms of nature.
